Shopping for lipgloss containers could be easy and hard at the same time. I've searched all around my town to find that perfect packaging. The results I came up with was inexpensive and creative at the same time. I went to my local Michaels craft store and found some little beads containers that looked like it would work for the time being. I think they cost $7 per pack which contains 12 little containers. They were clear and had little lids to close them up tight. The only problem I had was that you had to dip your figer in the container instead of rolling on the gloss. Since the lipgloss I made was more liquid instead of solid, it was a little messy. That's when I turned online to find packaging. I went to TKB Trading and also DIY Cosmestics to find the perfect lipgloss container. To my suprise they were there and inexpensive as well. After doing a price comparison I went along with DIY Cosmetics to pick up some affordable containers. The price for 50 lipgloss roll on tubes were like $24. I was really excited to get them in the mail to package my lipgloss. I wanted to add some fancy labels on my lipgloss tubes so I printed some stickers out with the name, flavor, and and weight, and handed them to family and friends as samples. I really had fun creating these little lipglosses and plan on making more soon. What suggestions have you came up with on packaging? Feel free to comment.
